Saturday, November 20, 2010:  Dr. Jim Ingold, ornithologist at LSU-Shreveport, led the bird-banding activities.  Other participants and visitors included Tom Walker of Jefferson; Sandi Smith and son Chance of Stanley, LA; Stephen Willis and daughter Devon of Marshall; Chandler Keleham of Marshall; Hayden Keleham of Marshall; Shirley & Nigel Shivers of Karnack; Carol Pace of Marshall; Tanner Arst of Marshall; Blake Arst of Marshall; Paul Tidwell of Jefferson; Ronald Hollomon of Jefferson; Karen Morris and daughter Katherine of Jefferson.


Weather Conditions:  The morning low temperature was about 40 F and the afternoon high was about 75 F.  The sky was partly cloudy, with little to no wind.

Number of Nets:  Twelve (12)


Time:  We started setting up nets at 9:25 a.m. and all nets were closed by 4:50 p.m.
